Updating partition details in twrp
id=cryptfs.passwdmanager&hl=en to try and change it, but nothing works. t=2716306 TWRP version 220.127.116.11 Used a pattern lock at first, but I've tried entering as code translated with this: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 I've also tried switching to PIN, and even password, I even used cryptfs password: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?
Im now with the new rom installed and anything on the phone and I want to restore the data using the backup (I saved it to the computer before flashing). TWRP Backup and Restore I have Titanium backup, but noticed that TWRP also provides a backup and restore.I think I've restored all of my apps by restoring the "data" after a ROM install (at least that's what it appears to have happened). I am trying to upgrade from CM7 to CM10 using this guide: Got everything in place, get into recovery, start the backup, and that's as far as I can get because the backup hangs.I'm glad this ROM is stable, because unless I want to factory reset, I'm dead in the water stuck with it for now. This modified TWRP does the trick, it can mount/decrypt data successfully: He wrote this after solving the problem: "December 27, 2014 (18.104.22.168) -Tweaked the fstab file ++Changed partition type to ext4 from auto - this should fix broken Format Data / Factory Reset. My f2fs cache partition still mounted in twrp even though fstab was set to ext4. This should enable twrp to mount encrypted /data partitions. The one person I asked to try it didn't have any luck.
If I use CWM, it gets to a point where it says "Baseline.par" a... It got deleted once let me see if I can type this out again without losing it all... What's weird is that when its hung its as if it has done the work. on a batch backup after it hangs and I restart the app, it says that all the Apps are backed...So I went to update to the latest nightly this morning and cleared my cmupdater folder like I usually do before downloading it, then I rebooted and ran a TWRP backup which completed successfully. Titanium Backup hangs an crashes for me within 10 secs of use.
