There is a good story on hand here and although the writing in Ace Attorney can be somewhat off, Heavy Rain didnt do well in the writing category either.

Depends on your definition of Mature.you mean by difficulty and story.the Zelda games are awesome, so are the Dragon Quest games (tons of gameplay! If you mean content..you're shopping on the wrong handheld. Loved Phantom, haven't played Spirit Tracks yet.) There are good games with good storylines out there.

By the way, I'm in my 60s (can't get more "mature" than that! :(But a few games actually do have long and interesting storylines.

The ones I recommend are the Lost in Blue series (1-3), Sims: Urbz Sims in the City, possibly the new Sims 3 for DS (coming in October), Hotel Dusk, The Phoenix Wright series.

I don't think there are many games that are mature. :(But a few games actually do have long and interesting storylines.

Since 99% of the time you kill/destroy something and there's always a character that acts like a frat bro or the character appeals to frat boys and people who live on the Jersey shore. The ones I recommend are the Lost in Blue series (1-3), Sims: Urbz Sims in the City, possibly the new Sims 3 for DS (coming in October), Hotel Dusk, The Phoenix Wright series.

I tend to prefer good gameplay with an interesting story to go along with it.

If you mean content..you're shopping on the wrong handheld. It's true a great many of the games are more game than story, and most gamers prefer game over story. Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft all have a strict policy against licensing games with this ESRB rating on their systems. well just off the top of my head there is Resident Evil: Deadly Silence (an enhanced port of the first RE), Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, Touch the Dead, and Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey.
